First, we confirm the dates.
You only pay afterwards.
Villa 168 is available on request. We personally check every enquiry and send you the final price and full terms before any payment is requested.
1. Preliminary enquiry
Choose your dates and number of guests and pets, then send your contact details.
2. Date approval
We check availability and email the booking summary, terms and final price.
3. Binding order
You accept the stay summary and terms and choose either a 30% deposit or full payment.
4. Secure payment
Pay the selected 30% or 100% by card, digital wallet or bank transfer. Your dates are confirmed when the required payment is received.
Secure online payment
After the dates are confirmed, you receive a private payment link in EUR. Depending on your device, you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. EUR bank transfer is also available.

Clear terms from the start
Payment, security deposit and cancellation
Payment and security deposit
You may pay a 30% deposit within 48 hours and the remaining 70% no later than 30 days before arrival, or pay 100% of the stay price at once. Pets are charged at EUR 25 per night and pet. A separate refundable security deposit of EUR 300 is charged. It is not part of the accommodation price and is returned to the original card after the villa is checked.
Cancellation charges
- 61 days or more: 10% of the stay price
- 31–60 days: 30%
- 15–30 days: 60%
- 0–14 days or no-show: 100%
One date change is free of charge when requested at least 60 days before arrival, subject to availability and payment of any price difference.
Payment documents
With the booking summary you receive the terms and a payment request from racun@svarc.hr. It is not a tax invoice. After payment is received, the accountant issues the appropriate tax document. The fourteen-day withdrawal right does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates.
These terms apply to direct bookings of both villas. For Buqez Villa 22, availability and price are checked again against Avantio before payment; once payment is received, the owner manually records the dates in Avantio as an owner booking.
